_First Friday Fellowship is...

__a gathering of Christians who really desire to walk in the footsteps of Jesus in all areas but with an emphasis on spurring one another on to love and good deeds.  We meet on the first Friday of every month--hence the name First Friday Fellowship--where we spend time worshiping God, studying the Bible (with a focus on what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and how we can put it into practice that month), praying, and then spending the rest of the evening having fun and eating!  Although several of us were originally the core group of Christian Hill Church, we attend a variety of churches on Sunday mornings.  If you're serious about following Jesus or you have a friend you want to introduce to Jesus please come and check us out.  Click here for the date of the next gathering.

Jamaica Mission Trip Successful!

_From December 17-21 Paul Wheeler, Sean Cassidy, and Dale and Dorothy Mahfood went to Jamaica to bring backpacks with school supplies, books, Bibles, toys, clothes, and food for the people of Whitehouse, which is in the parish of Westmoreland.  In conjunction with Agape Ministries, they hosted a vacation Bible school and a Christmas party for the children as well as visit neighboring hospitals and people in need that they had previously established relationships with.  It was truly a success trip as the Word of God was taught, people’s physical needs were met, and we developed stronger relationships that we pray will bring great fruit in Christ’s kingdom for years to come.  We are considering going back to Westmoreland on another mission trip this summer.  If you are interested in coming or in supporting the mission, please contact Dale at dkmahfood@gmail.com.
